📅 Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

📋 Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
• Unused, unworn, and unwashed
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Not marked as Final Sale (these are non-returnable)

🔄 How to Return
1. Email us at info@freestyleus.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll review and send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.
3. Ship the item back — return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, 
   unless the item is defective or we made an error.

🔁 Exchanges
We're happy to exchange for a different size or variant of the same product, 
subject to availability. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days 
to your original payment method.
