Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy.

Return Window:
Items must be returned within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.

Eligibility Conditions:
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process:

1. Submit your return request via email including your order number and reason for return.

2. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

Exchanges:
We offer exchanges for different sizes or variants of the same product, subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
